Prior to being with SPHM, Prashant was with BSE-listed Gilada Finance & Investments Limited (GFIL) as their CEO. Amongst the various other responsibilities, including some pertaining to sister companies, he was solely responsible for setting up the MSME Lending Business at Bengaluru. Prior to GFIL, Prashant supervised the fundraising efforts, accounting processes, and compliance function during his 3+ years with Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd (LMPL). The banking stint just prior to LMPL was with Yes Bank Limited for 6+ years across two geographies wherein he had exposure to varied businesses with a focus on agribusiness and infrastructure. Prior to Yes Bank, Prashant was part of the Business Analyst Team at the credit rating agency, Acuite Ratings & Research (earlier name Small & Medium Enterprises Rating Agency-SMERA). Prashant is an IRMA Alumnus (2006).

Prior to being with SPHM, Subrata was associated with Satin Credit Care Network Limited as Sr. Regional Manager. At Satin he was solely responsible for the business operation of the 200 cr portfolios of North Bengal and Sikkim. He holds 16 + years of experience in business operations. Subrata holds a Management degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Meenakshi is a qualified Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 7 years in the field of Accounts and Finance. She has experience in the field of financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition and financial reporting. She has experience in dealing with Foreign Clients, handling regular monitoring and financial analysis of the data prepared in accordance with US GAAP.Prior to Swarna Pragati, she has worked with Accenture Solutions Pvt Limited and Tata Consultancy Services as Financial Analyst. At Swarna Pragtati she's designated as Financial Controller and heads the Accounts & Finance function which includes, conducting monthly financial assessments and generating reports to be submitted to the BOD, developing financial plan and projections of the company, managing and providing ongoing training to accounting personnel, liaison with lenders, auditors and other stakeholders.

Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. She also holds Diploma in Forex and Treasury Management from ICFAI, Certifications in Corporate Governance (NSE), Public Issue Management (NSE), and Arbitration & Conciliation (ICSI). She has over 14 years of experience in areas of Company Secretarial, Legal Affairs, Documentation and Statutory Compliance. Her past experience includes employment with WNS Global Services and Tatsuno India Private Limited among others. With her experience in Legal and Secretarial matters, she has been designated as the Company Secretary of the Company and is responsible for looking after Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Company Secretarial matters of the Company

A seasoned HR professional with 11 years of experience in Human Resources. Rinky holds a MBA Degree in Human Resources and Marketing Management.

At Swarna Pragati she head’s the Human Resource department which includes managing the complete employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit.

Also skilled in area of Employee engagement, Employee relations, HR policy formulation, Talent Management. Her past experience includes employment with ACC LIMITED and Abhijeet Group of companies among others.

Sarang holds 15+ years of experience in credit. Prior to SPHM, he was associated with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and was also associated with SKS Microfinance currently Bharat Financial inclusion Limited and Fullerton India. At Swarna Pragati, he is heading the Credit Vertical. He has wide experience in handling credit for all loan products Like Housing, Commercial Vehicle, Two Wheeler, and MSME. Sarang holds a Management degree in Human Resources and Finance.

Result Driven IT professional with 9+ years of work experience. Jagjeet Singh has developed various applications using different technologies for various business purposes.

He holds a master's degree in computer application. He serves as an IT Head at Swarna Pragati Housing Microfinance, where he oversees the Software mobile/web application that the entire Swarna Pragati IT Team built. He is Skillful in collaboration and interaction with teams to refine and clarify project requirements, raise awareness of issues and offer potential solutions.

Demonstrates strength in learning new technology and applying them in the required field.

His core competencies are coding, agile development methodologies, object-oriented Programming, and app development. Past experience as a Sr. Android Developer in Zsoftware Inc Nagpur, AGE CyberTech Jabalpur, and NeuroNimbus in Gurugram.

Swati has started her Professional Career with Swarna Pragati Housing Microfinance Pvt. Ltd as an Intern on 01st July 2014 and Since 2018 she has been heading Operations Vertical after a successful 9 years of service with Swarna Pragati she holds expertise in Documentation, Loans Processing & Closure, and Maintaining Cash Balance. Swati holds a Masters degree in Commerce.
