Mukul Gulati

Nominee Director - Zephyr Peacock

Mr. Mukul Gulati is the co-founder and managing partner of Zephyr’s private equity business in India. He is responsible for the overall leadership of Zephyr’s investment businesses in India and Sri Lanka. He has over 20 years of experience in the investment business including private equity, investment research, and general management. He has led Zephyr’s PE investments in the financial services and infra services sectors. Previously, Mr. Gulati worked at Multex where he was involved in setting up and managing the firm’s quantitative equity research business and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in economics.

Vijaya Kumar Chowti Shivananda

Independent Director

Vijay is a commerce graduate from Davanagere University. He has professional experience more than 7+ years in various areas of corporate laws, secretarial compliance, due diligence, FEMA regulations and vetting legal documents and related matters. He has drafted reviewed and assisted investors and companies in joint venture, share purchase, share subscription and shareholders agreement. Presently he is practising as a company secretary at Bengaluru. He has also worked with listed companies, reputed practicing company secretaries and legal firms.

Prashant Banerjee

Additional Director & Chief Executive Officer

Prior to being with SPHM, Prashant was with BSE-listed Gilada Finance & Investments Limited (GFIL) as their CEO. Amongst the various other responsibilities, including some pertaining to sister companies, he was solely responsible for setting up the MSME Lending Business at Bengaluru. Prior to GFIL, Prashant supervised the fundraising efforts, accounting processes, and compliance function during his 3+ years with Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd (LMPL). The banking stint just prior to LMPL was with Yes Bank Limited for 6+ years across two geographies wherein he had exposure to varied businesses with a focus on agribusiness and infrastructure. Prior to Yes Bank, Prashant was part of the Business Analyst Team at the credit rating agency, Acuite Ratings & Research (earlier name Small & Medium Enterprises Rating Agency-SMERA). Prashant is an IRMA Alumnus (2006).
