Withdrawal of Consent

Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI):

In accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), individuals whose Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”) is collected by the Company shall have the right to withdraw their consent for the collection, use, storage, or processing of such information at any time.

Upon receipt of such request, the Company shall process the same within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
